Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UrMove, you agree to these Terms and any applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
UrMove is an AI-assisted productivity tool that helps users generate and refine communication drafts from user-provided context and guidance.
UrMove may request microphone access for optional, user-initiated voice instructions or refinements. Recording occurs only when you tap the record button, and you can use text input instead. UrMove does not record phone calls automatically, monitor conversations, or listen in the background.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you upload, the instructions you provide, and the way you use generated drafts. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts before use.
Consent and Recording Responsibility
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws before uploading recordings, notes, transcripts, or third-party information, including consent and recording requirements.
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your use case. UrMove generates drafts only and does not automatically send communications.
No Professional Advice
UrMove does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You should seek qualified professionals for those matters.
Subscriptions and Billing
UrMove includes a limited number of free generations. After the free usage limit is reached, continued access to expanded generation features requires a monthly subscription.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Pricing, renewal terms, usage limits, cancellation details, and subscription management options are shown before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Apple account settings, where users can also manage their subscriptions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse UrMove, including by:
- Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Using the service to generate unlawful harassment, impersonation, deceptive communications, or other harmful content
- Uploading content you do not have rights to use
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt service operations
Intellectual Property
UrMove and its related branding, software, and content are owned by UrMove or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
Service Availability
Service features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, UrMove is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
